This custom build in Lane Cove began with the removal of over 1,600 cubic metres of sandstone before construction could even begin. Built into a steep site, the four-level home is a showcase of engineering and high-end finishes.

Across its multiple levels, the residence features a concrete pool, home cinema, sauna, internal lift, marble flooring and a temperature-controlled wine cellar, each space designed with both function and luxury in mind. From excavation to final detailing, every element was delivered with care, precision and a strong understanding of the site’s complexity.
