A heritage restoration that enriches character with modern extension.

Located in Croydon, this project involved the restoration and extension of a heritage-listed home with strong architectural bones. The brief was to preserve its original charm while creating more space and functionality for family living.

We restored key features across the façade and internal detailing, including traditional mouldings, timber work and ceiling roses. At the rear, a new extension was added to open up the living and kitchen zones, allowing for improved natural light and flow to the outdoor areas. The transition between old and new was carefully considered to ensure consistency in materials, proportion and style.
